Design Pricing
How do we determine the prices?
Our fees are based on several key factors including time, talent, experience, quality of resources and services available. We carefully consider each individual project and build a plan to meet each clients design challenges.
Design Consultation
I like to start every full service design project with an in home consultation at a time that is convenient for you. During this initial meeting, we will discuss your design needs, tastes, style, likes, dislikes and the scope of the project. By the end of this meeting, I will recommend a plan that aligns with your design needs and budget. I will determine my level of involvement and how to proceed. The design consultation fee is $100.00. The fee is paid prior to visit to ensure that our focus is on the design work.
Full - Service Hourly Rate
You have the option of paying an hourly rate of $225.00 for in person design project. I will provide an estimate on how many hours I for see the project taking.
E-Design Rates
E-Design starts at $200.00 an hour for a Pleasing e-design package and increases by $10.00 an hour for each upgraded package. Please refer to e-design packages for details.
Design Tips & Advice
Sometimes you don't need a full on design service and you just might have a styling question or a paint question that you need help with so you can move forward on your own design journey. I can help you make the best decisions for your space by offering my design tips and advice for a one time fee of $300.00. Please refer to design tips and advice for details.
Home Staging
Staging prices depend on if the house is vacant or not. I also require a three-month minimum staging contract for furniture and accessory rental. The actual cost for staging is calculated based off of the square footage, how quickly you need the home staged, your budget, and the quality of furniture, and accessories that you require.
Flat Rate - (available upon request)
This is a fee determined after evaluating your design needs, formulating a project plan, and working within your budget. I will provide a flat rate fee for the design services. I will not exceed your budget unless the scope of the project changes. The design fees will be charged in increments and should be paid upon receipt of invoice. 50% of the balance will be due at the start of the project and the remaining balances will be billed 25%, and 25% throughout the process.
