Open Living Area
The exterior of this home was modern farm house and it was all black and white. I decided to keep that same theme throughout and make this space shine. It had a smaller budget but we made it work. I love using sectionals in open spaces like this to really help define the area.
Open Kitchen
We had limited options for this model. We decided to go with a wood tile throughout the main living areas and kept the backsplash and countertops clean and crisp. High contrast and warmth throughout this space.
Primary Bathroom
This was the first time I had saw the Contour Zebrino tile by Interceramic and I had to use it! At the time this really stood out but was still subtle and it fit in the price point for this space.
Guest Bedroom
Comfortable and cozy space for all to enjoy. I love mixing the metal bed with the warm wood tones in the nightstand.
